Jenn's Homegoing

Jennifer finished her battle with cancer last night, September 25th around 9:05 pm. Our family appreciates all your thoughts and prayers. In leu of flowers, please send memorial donations for the annual giving fund, in memory of Jennifer Busby to Bay Shore Christian School. The address is 23050 U.S. Hwy 98. Fairhope, Al. 36532. The phone number for the school is 251-929-0011.

The arrangements for the Memorial Service will be Saturday September 29th at 12:00 pm from Faith Family Fellowship in Spanish Fort, next to West Minster village on Hwy 31. Graveside services will follow with a police escort to Mobile Memorial Gardens. Our family would like to invite everyone back to Faith Family Fellowship for a fellowship reception following the graveside service.

Merideth and Jacob are doing wonderful, and have a peace that passes all understanding.

You all have been and continue to be in our prayers. Many have been praying for Jennifer and your family. Your continued and unwavering faith during this difficult time over the past years has been been and inspiration to me and many others. We are truly blessed to know you all and thank you for your daily example of how to walk with Christ.

This morning I woke up knowing that Jennifer has heard the words "Well Done." We celebrate that. I am blessed for the memories I have of Jennifer (I'll never forget our Princess Party!) Kevin, I want you and the kids to know that being around Jennifer made me want to be a better everything. I love you guys and will be praying for you.
Love,
Bryan, Cristi, Wilson and Caroline Smith

Your whole family has touched me in so many ways. Your strength amazes me and inspires me.

As you already know, Jenn lit up a room every time she walked in.

Craig and I mourn her loss and yet we are excited by the fact that she gets to see her mom and be with Jesus now--pain free. We are praying for you.

We love you,

Whitney Richardson

I wanted to let you know how much Jennifer blessed me; I had introduced myself to her about a year ago (I think) at CHBC, noticing that she seemed so happy to be in the Lord's house when it was obvious that she was going through a trial. Although I only knew her just that little bit, her joy was a blessing to me, and I know that she is rejoicing to be with HIM today. Your family will be in my prayers!

Sweet Busby family,

There are so many words to celebrate Jen's life but she would want us to celebrate in her death. Her battle is finished and she has won! We love you and are praying for you and the rest of your family!

I just learned of Jennifer's passing. I was blessed to have heard Jennifer speak at the Relay for Life in Daphne this past May. I had recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and it was my first relay. Jennifer's words touched me in a way that is difficult to describe. But, I can say that her smile was one I will never forget. The next day, my family ran into your family at the Cracker Barrell. I was unsure if I should approach her and tell her how her words touched me the night before. But, I gained the confidence to do so and we had a beautiful conversation. Once again, her smile stayed with me. I would like you to know that your family will be in our prayers. I realize you must have a tremendous support system but if you ever need just one more person, call on me/us. We would love to do whatever we can. (621-0116)
